I learned the hard way years ago to always have a fire starter pack. With weather proof materials. There’s videos on all this. Especially in cooler colder wetter hunts. Way more important than some believe

Lol definitely NOT… lol… in fact I would go as far to say at times it feels like I’m spending most of my time doing things that’s allows me to be able to go out in the woods and spend 12 hours…I always bring a book with me…a note book i bring to… that way I can jot down any ideas or thoughts I think I might want to remember…or… of a specific hunt or time… just a random notebook and a pen and pencil…
